Agreed! That's what I have and it is great! I didn't think I'd like the sound of it, but I love it. It's suttle at idle, but when you stomp it, it's loud. I went to the track tonight and I felt like I just got the car all over again last November. People were all over it.

If you want another option, MAC has 1-3/4" longtube headers and you can get them for $430 at partshopper.

I thought stainless steel didn't rust
Keeps the headers cooler. If I thought about it, I would have had mine coated. Wish I had! Nothing is noticeable, but I know the extra heat is helping anything.

Are the MAC LTs Stainless, doesn't say it on parts shopper?
I found this description which leads me to believe that they're not:
"MAC 1.75'' Long Tube Race Headers, Ceramac Coated for GT
3 year warranty includes welds, material, burn off and rust through. Limited to replacement or repair by MAC. Warranty does not include scrape & dent damage, surface rust, discoloration from extreme heat, improper installation or neglect. "
The description for the Pro Chamber specifically says "100% Stainless Steel"...

JBA long tubes are the best mod I've done so far. Thier fit, finish, and overall quality are the finest avalable...They produced a solid 20 RWHP gain/ 22 RWTQ. I don't know much about the other brand's, just thought I would share my JBA experiance.

Coated headers allow the heat to escape faster out of the exhaust. On motorcycles (and some headers) if you wrap the headers the hot air flows out of the exhaust faster. Keeps the engine area cooler and gives a little bit of a performance increase. If I get headers I will definately be getting ceramic ones.
