A couple weeks ago, I ordered the Metco front/rear driveshaft loop kit from MAK Performance. The package showed up as promised last Friday. Since I was headed to Adam's shop early Saturday morning to install the KB, I just threw the box in the trunk. While the car was on the lift, I figured it would be a good time to install the loops. When I opened the box, there was only the front loop in there. So I figured either one box got delayed in shipping, or it was backordered. So, last night I sent an e-mail to MAK asking the status of the rear loop. Here is the e-mail I had waiting for me this morning:

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE</div><div class='quotemain'>We are very sorry, we made an error on our website and put the wrong description on the part number. That price was for the front only, but we will honor that deal and we will be sending you the rear driveshaft safety loop at no charge to you. Once again we apologize and we hope that we could serve you in the near future with all your performance needs.
That, my friends, is the way to earn a long-term customer! No arguments, no questions asked, no BS.

I will second that! I have not had any kind of problem with them, everything has gone perfectly. William is great to deal with, keep it up

That's great, took me 3 phones calls and tones of yelling to get a $5.00, 5/8" clamp from Pepboys. Their web site said Quantity 2 on the part when I ordered it, when it arrived it was a package of 1. I would have not minded paying for 2 seperate if the site had not been wrong.

I have BMR LCA's on the way from MAK.

I bought my X Pipe from Mak. I posted a similar experience of excellent customer service. ***** spent about 40 minutes one day telling me about his car and his experience with Procharger. I was impressed when 3 months after my purchase he called me and asked how I liked it and if I had any problems. I'd definetly recommend Mak.
