I’m considering the purchase of Kooks long tube headers and “Green Cat” X pipe for my 07 GT. I live in CT and was wondering if anyone has this setup that passed emissions in a CARB state? The cats are EPA certified but I’ve heard mixed results on them passing emissions.
I spoke with examiners at our emissions stations and they told me as long as they don’t throw fault or pending codes it will pass, so I’m just curious if anyone got them to pass?

Had / have Kooks " green cats " on both cars. My 2011, 1 3/4" LT's & stock mufflers passed in 2014 & 2016, no issues.
My 2014, 1 7/8" LT's & stock mufflers passed in 2018, no issues.
........New Jersey is also an inspection state..

Last question, How much louder are your cars with them on. can you still talk in car when your driving down the road?
