Reminds me of the 3 days of fun last week. How do you like that "bolt from hell?" Actually, getting the bottom heater hose off the firewall was the hardest part. That bottom latch would not go in...

Did you regap your plugs at 0.035"? There is a "bench vise" method described on another forum that works pretty well. I got some HT0 plugs from sparkplugs.com as well ($10 each). They miss the plug thing in the 200 page instruction book, but supposedly the engine will miss if you leave them at .045"

My only real problem is that I have a leak at the thermostat. I probably put the O ring in wrong

Good luck!

Mine ran fine with the stock plugs/gap. I will be switching to HT0s when it goes back together, though.

why use a boost a pump, if you can order the shelby fuel pump. Or is this just temporary. Hope to see it going soon.

Since KB designed the blower to use the BAP (and in fact includes it in the kit), why not use it? It is a proven component (unlike the GT500 pump).

Definitely have to post some vid clips and your impression of the kit when you are done. I haven't decided on whic route I want to travel down.

I have a bit of a stumble right at 0 inches of vacuum/going into boost. The fuel pressure is still at 40. As soon as the BAP jumps it to 60 the car screams. Would a higher baseline fuel pressure fix that, or would it mess with my tune?
