I don't know if it really changed that much, I think I might have gained 1mpg more. It just depends on how I'm driving.

How much are tunes for the K&N intake? My intake should be coming in the mail any day now, don't have the money for the tunes but just out of curiosity for the future, what do they run?

With no tune I was seeing about 1mpg, went from 18-19.
Now that I have a tune bamachips, the car rocks, but down to about 17mpg, although thats including 6 track runs which dropped it a bit

the best deal going on now is Doug at BAMACHIPS, he has a Performance Tune and a Torque Tune for the K&N setup with all 3 octane grades. Mine will be here Monday or Tuesday, hopefully, and will come set with the 87 Performance Tune, 93 Performance Tune and the 93 Torque Tune all tuned for the K&N for $350, this offer expires wednesday. Better get on it.

I have had the K&N with the HC out for about 2500 miles. Any difference in mpg up or down is minimal. Expecting my stuff from Doug@ Bama this week for a 93 oct. tune setup.

Can someone tell me what size filter is on the K&N? Is it a 3" or 4"?
