I'm sorry, but I don't understand. This is the first time I have heard of your problems.
I just did another local install Friday and it was a 15 minute job including the tuner. So I'm still not sure what's wrong. It installed fine for me.

Jay, you are a great customer support guy. Mongoose just doesnt seem to have any understanding on how business moves along.
Mongoose, you have no right to tell him what to do with his business, he seems to be running it very well as is and is constantly trying to get everything the way he wants it for his customers. I suggest you try to be patient, he is the only CAI manufacturer to even work on a Diablo tune after already having an SCT. Be a little less rude too. :]
Anyways, I'm trying to save up money for the Diablo Tune and JLT CAI when they are both offered as a kit. I really cant wait.
