Make sure you ceramic coat the pipes as well. I would also like a Garrett turbo as well.

Wait until everyone sees what we have in store. This turbo kit is the end to all turbo kits. Point blank.

This made me say hmmm. I have always questioned my decision to go with the headers. Plan was for a twinscrew SC KB Whipple..... So can you provide any info? Was this a serious statement?

LOL @ Spell Check... I was in a hurry!
That sounds like a very good price to me, depending on what all is included for that price.

Serious as a heart attack. We've got a potential test vehicle. There's alot of other details going into this kit. *cough*Dual wastegate*cough*. That's all the info I'm going to have for another week or so here.

I think everyone will be really happy with the kit, though.

When you say hurry, and look at your avatar... it makes me laugh. LOL

We're going to hurry to get started, but take our time to make sure we live up to that statement "end to all turbo kits". I'll get myself in hot water if this ends up your average turbo kit.

It's gotta be good now, huh?

hahaha.

Hell yeah.

I have a suggestion for you... if there is anyway to fabricate a test pipe into the downpipe so people can slip on a high flow cat for emissions testing... do it.

Make sure that the air passes through the intercooler from a lower position, to a higher position. These are the best types of intercoolers.

Offer various sizes of turbos. Some people want quick spooling, street machines, while others want that huge turbo with lots of power, but lower spool time.

Also, make sure the piping doesn't have any clearance issues with lowered cars.

The only problem with that is that we're in PA. However, fear not.... this kit will be available mail order as well after the first few in-house kits are done R/D and tuning.

Chris,

Have you started making the kit? Any updates?

I'm pretty interested in what you have to offer.

We've already got all of the components listed, a few potential test cars, and everything is drawn up. This kit will be available for purchase within the next month-month and a half.

Make it so you can customize EVERYTHING. Any turbo you guys can get your hands on, downpipe sizing, intercooler sizing, T4 or T6 flange sizing, etc etc.

I think you are dreaming about the cost per HP but that OK cause you can always move the cost. Could it be you are leaving out the fuel system required? What about the MAFI? Stainless piping? Then there is the matter of gages F/A,fuel pressure and boost /vac? then there is the pod to mount them in. Tell them whats really involved with installing a power adder. It is a heck of a lot more that just purchasing a turbo in a box. Personally I do not think anyone out there can beat the Hillion kit for price and fit and finish and they do not include a fuel system or the price of all the other goodies requires to make it work in the price. You have some big boots to fill if you are going to be completive with them.
Don't be telling me I am full of it because I am there now and running a turbo.
