I have progress technology lowering springs (f 1.3. R 1.8) . I like the way my car sits lowered and gets lots of compliments on its stance. The ride was excellent. I never had heard of progress technology when I purchased the springs. But I read on their web site that are a supplier to roush. I also want to purchase their anti roll bars and i want to replace my struts and shocks koni str, tokico blue or bilstein but don't know which one? Should I also stick with progress tech springs or getting something else? It's mostly cruiser (L.A. traffic) and sometimes canyon and pch drives.

 

I love my Koni Yellows! Feels a little firmer them stock but I'm also lowered with the sportlines

yep Koni's are better than the tokico's and the konies have a better warranty to boot

 

I think your springs are fine if you like the stance stick with them... Check this out. Maybe he will sell the struts with out the springs
