Sounds to me like she cheaped out!! If she was any kind of a wife she'd have bought you a supercharger.

But seriously, it's excellent to have a spouse that understands(or a least indulges us in)our madness. I'm also lucky to have a wife like that.

Good comments...all!
My wife has her fears about my mods, but I just mention her monthly $150 hair appointments and her $50/week nail-toenail appointment and she quiets down a bit.
(I cut my own hair, military style)- put the save cash into my "car fund".

Maybe I can go 1 up on you. My wife says we need a third car by next summer so the older kids have one to drive with always taking hers. She told me I could get anything I wanted. I figured no sense waiting. I will be ordering a '08 GT Vert in the next couple of weeks!

And I am getting it with all the trimmings.

I just put the Wilson kit on my 07 & would say put it on a dyno & tune it every car is different IMHO. My car with the 100 jet went from 290 RWHP & 308 TQ to 387 RWHP & 429 TQ. My car for the most part it stock with big heavy 20 inch wheels.
