I can't believe I'm doing this. Selling my Roush LCAs
I was so excited when I got my Roush LCAs. I took them to the metal shop that does all my companies fab work since he can get polly bushings. He said he could make me a set just like them. We sat down today and he made up a couple CAD drawings with a couple changes that I think look pretty cool. He is going to make me two sets and for free. He has some billet sitting around that is just scrap that will work. He is going to make me one set that can use the factory bushings just like the Roush LCAs. He is also going to make me another set for polly and delrin bushings. He also said that he can use these molly impregnated nylon bushings. They are self lubricating and will not crack like polly. He said they are kinda expensive but he will make it happen if I pay for them at his cost. Good deal I think.
I also showed him some of the LCA relocation brackets on the market and showed him what I thought a set should look like. I told him I wanted a set with adjustments like Steeda and wrapped around the stock bracket like the ones from Metco. He said we would get the car in and we will fab something up. We also looked at Griggs website and found some additional brackets that go between the LCA brackets to the shock bracket and has two little gussets that weld in between the two shock brackets for extra stiffness.
He also said he would weld my axle tubes for me.
I also showed him the BMR subframe connectors and he said he could do that up for as long as I help out and learn a few things. He even did up a little sketch on how to improve them and box in the "torque boxes" (that's what they are called on my '94). He said I just had to help out so I can learn a few things.
I know you guys probably think I'm going way overboard with all this, but I don't know what i may do with my car in the future. Some day I may decide to throw in an Aluminator and some slicks.
Anyway, if anyone is interested in my Roush arms let me know. I just need to get some accurate measurements off them first.

Poly-Ball bushing combination incorporates a very hard inner polyurethane ball which is surrounded by soft socket outer cups. This combination allows the bushing to articulate like a spherical bearing during cornering but the hard inner ball does not allow the bushing to deflect during acceleration giving you great traction during acceleration like solid bushings but remains completely bind free like
a spherical bearing during cornering for great predictable traction in the corners.
At any rate, for $114.55. You just can't go wrong with these LCA's at that price. In the meantime, I've also included a direct link, in case you may be interested in checking out their website.

I like the idea of the three peice bushings. But since I can get my own custom LCA for free why not. But I think I can get the best of both. If I can use the nylon to make the center ball instead of polly and get the same type polly bushings for the outers. Plus I can learn a little bit and maybe come up with something I can offer to other people. Plus I don't really like the plain tubular LCA.
It is great working at a place that has the ability to manufacture all different types of things. I am a machinist and it is very handy for a "motor head" guy. It is also a curse....my buddies are always asking me "I just need this little thing made, could you do it?"
I don't do trannies
or rear-ends anymore!
