Merry Christmas everybody! I just got the Pypes off-road H from brenspeed from my girlfriend as a Christmas gift. I'm planning to get it installed sometime this upcoming week, I have the JLT CAI & Xcal 2 tune and was wondering how I turn the 02 sensors off so my CEL won't come on.

You have to have it done on the programs you have installed in the X-2. Disabling the rear 02's isn't a option on the user options on either the X-2 itself or even using the Extreme Tuning software. In other words your dealer will have to do it in the programming they have written for you and either email you the file OR you'll have to return it to them for them to upload it.

Ah Thanks Doug, I emailed you earlier today but let me just ask you here maybe I can get a quicker response.

Is there anyway I can send you my Xcal 2 to you and you can program me some tunes? I currently have the DTP 91 Octane tune and I'm looking for a better one. I smell sulfer everytime I get on the car hard so I think it's a tad bit lean. Can you program me a 93 octane tune for JLT CAI, off-road h pipe? I live in Georgia so I can probably overnight send the tuner anytime your way. Thanks man.

ya know, not all of the stangs re-act negatively to the h-pipe...so u might not get a CEL. BUt other than that u can send the tune back and they'll turn off the rear O2 sensors for u, and put it into ur xcal

 

Also keep in mind that most performance tunes shut off the rear o2 sensors. They may have been turned off with your JLT tune already.
