how much boost can you get out of a saleen sc before heat or other things start to make it ineffective?

 

Depends what all else you have in the equation. Fuel pump, injectors, etc, etc, etc. There are those out there running 12/14lbs boost for sure.

 

Assuming you have all of the supporting mods, I believe around 15psi is max. I see around 11psi with 3.2 pulley and they offer a 3.0 and a 2.8. I know people that have made smaller, custom pullies but they have had trouble with extremely high IAT temps during testing.
