How do I go about greasing the bushings?

I've been looking for info on how to grease the various bushings being used on suspension components. Is it brushed on? Is it applied with some sort of grease gun?

I have found that it is not a good idea to use a grease gun on any of the aftermarket Poly bushings.

I prefer to disassemble them and lube them by hand litterally.
I use Energy Suspension Formula 5 Prelube and I apply it with my finger.
This stuff is as sticky as glue and 1 application should last for a year or more.

Thanks very much for the quick reply. I'll add the lube you mentioned to my shopping list.

I guess you are talking about the aftermarket component bushings (i.e. LCA / UCA, etc.)? You don't want / need to grease the factory bushings.
