Doug at Bama was good enough to mod one of my existing tunes (87 Torque) for use on my Stang after I modded with LT headers and etc. The problem is the tuner/computer needs a live load update and I cannot find where on the site to find that update.

The actual problem is when I open up live load software and try to add the new tune it says it is not a live load file. Doug says it needs to be updated.

I have tried for 3 days to get SCT to help me with no help.

So can anyone throw me a bone?

 

I stumbled across it, I could not find the link but in desperation, I went into my programs and found the shell program that allowed me to upload the stuff. NO THANKS to SCT.

 

For what it is worth, it has been a week and still SCT has not responded to my calls, emails or attempted "live" chat...thats a joke.

It's a good think it is pretty reliable, they suck at customer service.
