Help car won't crank

Hi everyone, I cranked my car up then went and rinsed it off, I had been sanding fiberglass so I was washing the fiberglass dust off, and started taking a video of the car running for before video of car sound and an after ARH LT's and stage 4 Comp cams install, which I was going to start tomarrow. But the car was running fine and then I desided to rev the engine just a little to show how it sounds , but the car went dead and now it won't crank. any idea of what to do?

First things first, plug in your tuner and see what trouble codes you have.

Tom, I did that and it comes up can't read year model and not accesible. The car computer has the message check chargeing system, mileage error, and so on...

That's weird that your tuner won't read the car...... too bad, that would really help.

Other than checking the obvious things like battery voltage and blown fuses, I don't know where to tell you to look. Maybe unhook the battery and let it sit for an hour or so then try again??

Just when i think things are getting better, this happens! I'm on a very strick dead line for an up-coming photo shoot. If I don't have the ready for the scheduled shoot ,I'll lose the fearture shoot. and I can't let my sponsors down, To many people is counting on me..man what a situation! I've contacted Doug @ Bamachips. as soon as the ARH LT's and stage 4 Comp Cams was installed he was going to Dyno fine tune the car. I got to get it running to get this stuf installed.

Oh well!

Well, there's always the dealer option..... if they can't read any codes to atleast point you in the right direction, then you're really SOL.

Wow that sucks! I hope you get it figured out. Be sure and inform of the culprit when it finally shows up? Very interested in what you find. Good Luck!
