For those of you that read my other post, about me hitting the cinder block on the freeway-

I called up Bassani and told them about what had happened. I spoke to Sheldon, in the tech support department. I needed a new left high flow cat and left down pipe. He quotes me $35 for the down pipe and $149 for the high flow cat. Alot cheaper than I expected. they are located in Anaheim (30 miles away), so I am going tomorrow morning to pick up the pieces.

He just called me back, and said that if I can show a receipt for the xpipe purchase...he can give me the cat for $100. I called RPM-Outlet and they just e-mailed me a PDF of my invoice. Totally stoked!

props to Bassani for great customer service and to RPM-Outlet for locating my invoice.

It's always nice when companies take care of customers. We often only hear the horror stories, so it is refreshing to read when someone catches a break.
