See the little plastic tank just in front of the throttle body. It's from a Cobra R and is about the only thing that will work. I use another one for my windshield washer tank.

I'm just catching up in this thread. Car looks great. Setup looks great. Is all of this going on a stock engine? Don't see this ending well if so.

Are you talking about my car or Earl's?

No, never took it to it to the track, the 0-60 logger said i did it in 5 seconds flat. Ran it against my Saleen and it's probably in the mid high 13s. It didn't have a chance from a dig against my Saleen but it heels it's own on the top end.

And my engine is stock, not forged, going to run @ 8psi, I don't abuse my car.

Yea that's what I'd guess too. Chargers are geared for gramma but on the highway it's a different story. Even with the 5.7 I passed ppl like they were in reverse

I'll probably end up getting taller gears for my car, just depends on how it feels. A buddy of mine is getting a different kit installed too but he has 3.55 gears, so we'll compare them and see. I really liked the SRT, the brakes were great, brembos on all 4s, suspension felt great, seats were awesome, engine sounded good and it looked mean! We'll get another one eventually, maybe a Challenger next time.

I actually originally thought about doing a GT500 engine/trans swap then go twin turbo, but then I woke up, lol. Id still love to do it, maybe later though. **** are great, but I'm an ***-man, hahaha.

I finished up the cold side today, pipe coming off the compressor discharge was a pita, got the starter wires out of the way, got some of the hot side bolted up, should finish it tomorrow, hopefully get the gauges wired up. I'm emailing my tuner my setup tonight hopefully have something tomorrow or Monday to get the car started dataloged.

So much for getting it "done" tomorrow, hahaha. Kids come first and well, stuff happens. I'll start my week off this friday so I'll work on it as much as I need to to finish it this weekend, and maybe enjoy it some of my days off. I'm still debating gutting my cats, so if I were to ever have to sell it, I could show that the cats are still there, plus it's a pretty hefty fine per cat if you get caught without them. They aren't the stock cats, its the "hiflow" ones that came with the kit, post turbo. Any input on the cats issue? Thanks!
