I used to put the sway bar back on after the track but ,its now off for good.

I dont think Im puting mine back on either. I can handle the car without it but I can feel a slight difference.

I would only feel mine when I was trying to get ice cream home before it melted. If you get the BMR radiator/swaybar delete bar, you can drop some good weight off the front of the car!

How much? And can you really notice it at the track?

One better than that.I have a ratchet strap as a radiator suport Weight is 1.5 LBS

A little over 20 pounds, and our car has picked up 2 tenths in the 60ft.
