I'm sticking with my 93 octane tune. In fact, I just had 4.10s installed last week. I am still getting 23mpg.
Whoa! 23 MPG! Is that around town or hwy? Mine is only getting 16+-.

I'm keeping mine at a 93 tune. I'd rather spend the extra $2-3 a fillup putting better gas in my car. I already spend $100-$150 a month on gas so I'm used to having no money. Plus I get better mileage with the 93 than the 87, although I still want to get a custom tune done. Next decision is which oil to put in it, as I'm almost due for another change.
$150 a month!! I wish. At $3.00 I spend $36 a fillup to add in 12 gallons (1/4 tank showing). I average 10 fillups a month, so that's $360 just for me, and my wife's commute doubles that. Nearly $800/month!!! We're buying a economical commuter Saturday (at least 35mpg, but don't know which model yet) and we plan to switch off between us at 2 days one week, 3 days the next. That should decrease the overall cost a bit AND cut down on the mileage getting packed on the vehicles.

No way I'm getting rid of this car, no matter what the cost of gas. I did that with my Mopars in the 70s and have regretted it ever since...

Holy carp... 10 fillups a month? I thought once a week was bad... I'm sorry man... That's almost a depressing number to read.

It's up over $3 a gallon here at most stations - $3.25 at the Rip-Off places.. I'm sticking with 87 in mine for now.

jwgroovin, I would suggest picking up a 93-2000 Civic HX stick shift. The things get 40+ miles to the gallon, plus aquiring one is basically free.
