I'm pretty sure the airraid intake combined with a 93 tune has been shown to increase rwhp by as much as 30. So if you are lookin for performance go with that. I have it and think it looks great under the hood. But if you're going for the "all one brand look" of ford racing, then go with that piece. Some people prefer to stick with all one brand for cohesiveness despite the power sacrafices that might happen. I think both are great looking however

It also has a different tune and runs 93 instead of 87

I have the airaid race cai with 93 tune. Felt like a new car after setting it up. You will not be disappointed.

I assume you're talking about the Airaid?

The 08 Bullitt was the first to feature the advanced spark ignition system. Can run on 87 but on 91 the ECU settings increase torque by about 10lb/ft in the low to mid range. No mention of 93 for the 08 and the ECU will not add anything more after 91 with the stock tune. The stock tune was tweaked over the GT for the FRPP CAI and the higher 6500 redline (4.6). My area doesn't have 93 available, and the 91 only went to 92 after the 10% ethanol mandate.

Octane recommendations (Bullitt™* Mustang only)

Your vehicle will run normally on 87 octane regular fuel without
damaging the engine, but premium fuel with an octane rating of 91
(R+M)/2 or higher is recommended for best overall performance.
