FRPP Headers
Has anybody installed the M-9430-S197 Hi-Flow Shorty Headers yet? I'm sure sombody has if so what if anything have you noticed with your Stang? I am looking for that to be my next project.

I did! I noticed that the exhaust note sounded much better. The headers and Flowmaster Super 40's seem to click. I have more power it seems to me after 2500 RPM's and my gas mileage went up 1.6 MPG's.

top end gain on shortie's about 5 to 8 hp's but where I do notice is the HP gains in the lower rpm's Mustang monthly did a Good article on a set of BBk shorties, the dyno showed gains of 12 to 14 in the lower RPM's 2500 to 4500 .

Cool thanks for the info. I have a set on order that is slated to be in middle of Aug. I just don't like the looks of the stock headers on the car they look like crap and a few extra hp is a good thing too. If anybody has pics of these headers intalled let me know.

I have others but they really aren't visible from up top when all of the engine and accessories are in, not to mention a turbo, S/C and piping.
