Pics of course ...I may try to do a before and after dyno too. A friend was telling me the other day that I could get 3 pulls for $77.

I like the look of this kit but am in no hurry to pick up a CAI. Plus, with so many new products coming out, its good to wait till next spring IMO.

Another update - just heard from Wayne Baker at John Bleakley Ford. The FRPP CAI won't be released until 3-31-06

Oh well...I cancelled my order. Guess I'll be getting the S&B one or the the K&N one.

Has anybody put a Ford Racing CAI in their cars? I saw one on a Shelby GT this weekend - looked pretty good.

i do not think so for the simple reason it is one of those "no tune" CAI's and not that many people go for it

I ordered this last Thursday, and they told me we'd have 3 of them middle of this month? So I don't know about 3/31...

We're gonna get a tune out for this ASAP. Need someone local for test and tune.

Yes this cai is not available from ford, it was supposed to be made by S&B and sold as a ford racing cai. They had some issues and could never seal a deal from what I remember. If you look at the s&b cai it is the same. So if you would like one like this, you should order from s&b. The only cai they are selling looks exactly like the steeda. Unless they finally made a deal I dont think you will get one of these from ford, but you will get the following CAI Shown. Good luck

I've got the Ford Racing CAI that came with the Ford Racing Drag Pack. It is the Steeda 90mm CAI with Ford's name on it. In fact, I bought Steeda's high-flow inlet elbow to use with it , since it is the same exact CAI. Ford won't admit it though...

That's funny because when I called our Ford guy and said, "Hey I just saw something about a new CAI from FRPP" he acted like he knew exactly what I was talking about. Wonder what I'm going to end up getting? Probably the regular short RAM's.

I guess it helps to read more than just the first post and assume! LOL

That new Ford Racing CAI is definitely a S&B rebadge.

I'm not really interested in getting a tune for it - just want it for the little bit of extra power and the looks.
Anybody have a part number? All I can find on the Ford website is the one that comes with the PAK or one with a tuner.

05 red gt read my post above this is not available from ford, it is a s&b cai, do a google search and you can find one. Then just buy a ford racing sticker, LOL. ford never got the contract with s&b, hence thats why you see tha steeda cai available on ford.
