Fist thing I should do?

Okay, so I got my 2008 5-speed Grabber Orange Mustang GT. What is the first thing I should do to it? I have been into imports for years and my last car was a PT Cruiser GT Turbo. This is like a whole new game to me. This post is me saying "Hi" to all my new friends in the Mustang world. "HI"

Welcome! Just depends what your plans are. Can't go wrong with a tuner for performance or a good deep exhaust for sound. There's nothing like V8 manual RWD. Pretty soon you'll realize why we don't understand Honda's.

Congratulations! The first mods depend on what direction you want to go with the car? Looking for more power/handling/appearance?

Welcome to Tms! Claybar and a nice coat of wax then drive it for a month or two. I would go with the intake and tune again only I would do it sooner! Really gives the car a whole new feel.

1st thing you should DEF go with a tune and intake combo! most of my mods, including the one i just mentioned came from brenspeed.com and i couldnt be happier. itll wake up that car and feel like a whole different animal! then go with an axle back exhaust. tons of video clips on youtube with different setups.

Definitely a tuner and CAI for performance. Wheels and exhaust would be second.

Those would be the basics to start off with.

Of course after driving it for a while you might decide it might be better to spend that $$500+ bucks on springs struts and shocks. Loved mine.

I just love it! thanks for the feedback. I dropped in a K&N panel filter just cause it was quick and easy. I guess the consensus is a tune and a cold air intake. I love the grabber orange... It just SCREAMS look at me I have a mustang GT!!!

I love my rims. They are fan blades but they are polished with a painted gun metal inner. I haven't seen them before. Have you?
