First Whipple Issue - Whipple owners please read

I did a search to see if anyone else had this problem and came up empty so I guess I'm the first (lucky me).

I noticed oil splattered on the bottom of my new Trufiber hood. It looked like it was cast off from the pulley area of the supercharger, going in a line from the right side of the hood to the left. I looked all over and the only thing I could find was a slight oily residue coming from right behind the pulley. I called Whipple and spoke to Art who told me about 100 Whipple kits have had this issue. It's the bearing in the "snout" of the Whipple, right behind the pulley. He said they have corrected the problem. Within 2 days I received a new "snout" containing the new bearing. I haven't had a chance to swap it out yet, but will do so by next week. Whipple was great to work with. They did charge my credit card $350 and when I send the bad "snout" back to them they will immediately credit my card back..........just to make sure I send it back. Wanted to pass this along to fellow Whipple owners and give some props to Whipple for excellent customer service.
