FFRP sway bar - changing the settings

Guys

Need your great help again

I have the FRPP kit and would like to change the sway bar settings.

Two questions

1. Do I have to jack the car up to change the settings ?

2. Will I need an alignment ?

Hope you can help as I would like to avoid the stang hitting the floor

thanks
Cati

Do you have adjustable endlinks? I do it easily on ramps. With weight on wheels, the endlinks should be unloaded and easy to adjust. If not, you will need to cycle the suspension at to find the unloaded position to remove the endlink.

No need for alignment.
