Got some problems with my engine. When i was out driving last night the engine died out many times for me. It starts right up again but sometimes it goes "unclean". someone got a clue whats wrong.

Find out what the codes are by doing a google search.. Once you find out what the error codes are ? Then you can trouble shoot what's causing them !

Those codes are for various sensors, from oil temp, to throttle to transmission. My guess is that either the harness has a short or is damaged/loose somewhere, the battery/alternator are on their way out, or the PCM or similar component is on it's way out.
I would have the battery and alternator tested first. A failing alternator could be supplying the electrical system with too low a voltage, which will cause the engine to run rough/stall, and will cause most sensors to malfunction and draw a code.

i have a new harness from Ron Fransis wiring so i hope it`s no fail with that. But when you says alternator there is one problem because from the alternator Connection, it has 2 wires: ALT 1 ( 5 ) and ALT 2 ( 13 ) From ECM wiring. And From alternator it is 3 wires: yellow , yellow/blue and the last one is
Orange. So the question is who goes where ?

It's difficult to really say for sure. I imagine the harness came with a wiring diagram, your best bet is to consult that and see where everything goes. There are a number of different alts out there that can be wired differently.
Is this a brand new build? First time engine has been run since install? If it's been running fine for a while and this just came up it's likely the alternator just needs to be replaced, or the harness needs to be checked to make sure everything is properly connected.
If this is the first time it's been fired up in this configuration, and especially if there is a possibility the alt is not connected properly, you will need to check the connections and make sure they are secure and correct.
