I sold my C&L Racer CAI yesterday, and used my C&L Diablo tuner to return to stock. Only engine mod I had on the car. I had to go back in to "modify stock" to fix the gear ration from 3.55 to the 4.10's that I have. Drove it awhile; everything good. Get up this morning, drive a mile or so and get a light. Everything is hooked up and good; the stock airbox is like brand new, but I haven't had a chance to scan it yet. Any other ideas or possibilities? Changing the gear ratio shouldn't have set a code, I wouldn't think.

 

You would be surprised what will set the light off in these cars. I had a diablo tune in my 07 gt when i change to 3.73 gears. I got into the tune and changed the ratio and immediately the engine light came on, i had to actually have the place that tued it go back in and change it. I would say go back to a ealership or a tuning shop and have them change it.

 

i would imagine that since you have the tuner, i think the first step would be to see what code it is throwing... instead of trying to guess what the problem could be.

it would only take a minute or two.
