Emissoins, CAI and Dallas

I don't think a CAI is going to flunk your emissions. Plus, the 05s actually do run well under what the limit is, so you have "some" room to work. Also, considering that they give you a 2 year sticker on new cars, I doubt anyone has had to worry about testing yet.

I dont have an 05 mustang at all but I have never had an emissions test on my last 2 inspections. they just hooked up to my computer and scanned it. I thought that only cars older than a certain age had to get emissions checks, but I dont knwow.
Oh yeah, I live in dallas. I have a 2002 VW, not sure how that affects anything.
