Eibach ProKit Install (With Pics!)
And if you get the Pan Hard bar can you align it yourself or does an alignment shop have to do it?
What other precautions or extra gear (like LCAs UCAs, subframes etc) are needed? Heck when ever I lowered a past car all I needed were caster camber plates and we were solid! It seems that these new Stangs have a much finicky suspension.

As far what is the limits of adjustment, I don't know the specs right off hand, but it's plenty to true up your rear end alignment.
I'd do it myself. Remember the live axle doesn't have Camber or Caster, Tow in and out adjustments like the front end. So, basically you just need to lengthen or shorten the adjustable pan hard bar until you get the axle centered.

Right on. I had adjustable upper an lowers on my 00 GT and tried to adjust them and screwed them up... BAD. I didn't know if the pan hard was that hard, which company did you go with? Do you adjust the car in the air or on the ground.
And as far as caster camber, I know the rear doesn't have that, i was referring to the front.

Adjust it in the air (axle off the ground) so when you make the adjustments it doesn't bind anyewhere.
I havn't installed one on my 06 yet, but plan to in the future. I'll probably go with BMR (http://bmrfabrication.com/2005Mustang.htm) a lot of people here seem to be using them.
And you're right about the suspension being finicky. They are a bit more finicky, but better.
