Dyno Video / Pics

I promised I'd post some pictures, and video of Rubber Eater's GT on Collingdale's Mustang Dyno. Here it is!

dang 291 and 315 those are good numbers, just add some LT's and you are set for 298 or 300

Yea, I'm hoping the next thing he does is the deletes, 4.10's and headers. That should bump it up quite a bit!

3.73's and up (numerically) = street rocket

i heard someone say that gears do not really like dyno's but that is what i heard, forgot about the deletes, just with those it will be a true 300hp car

291 and 315 are very impressive CR but what I don't quite understand is ? how were you able to get those #'s that high being that his car was tuned on a Mustang chassis dyno ? It's my understanding that a Mustang chassis dyno produces 10-15% less HP and Torque #'s than what a standard Dynojet produces because If I understand this correctly ? doesn't the Mustang dyno also simulate actual load conditions on the vehicle where as the dynojet just measures HP and Torque at the rear wheels with no load ? Perhaps I'm wrong about all this and may have misunderstood what I assumed was the correct info all long Just goes to show how really confusing all this is to figure out

It would be interesting to see what this car put down on another dyno. I think you're correct on those assumptions, though. From my understanding, either some or all of the MD's are designed to put actual vehicle load, like you said. That's like the 5th time I've heard that.

Well, when the gears, headers, and 4.10's are done, we'll see where she's at. 4.10s are not dyno-friendly, but the numbers should still increase significantly with the deletes and headers.
