I plan on having dual exhausts installed. Does this void the warranty?

 

I'd ask the dealer of call the customer service # at Ford.

 

There are acts against anything that voids the warranty as long as it is installed correctly. My pontiac had a window that went off of track and they tried to void my warranty saying they were not going to fix it. I found a site, try doing a search where it is unlawful to void a warranty because of aftermarket accessories. I forget the link. hope this helps.

I asked my dealer.... he said as long as I leave the cats intact, anything I do past the cats wont do anything to my warrenty.

 

Keep us up to date. I'm thinkin' about doin' the dual exhaust too. Any info on parts, prices and pics would be great!!

Consult the Mangusson Moss Act. A warranty claim can be denied only if the mod itself leads to the failure in question, otherwise you are fine.
