OK, I know this was posted a while back and nothing ever came of it. SEMA came around and doug was out of pocket for a few weeks and the main car he was coming to OKC to tune was back in my shop getting a little more work done. Well the car is finally done and I have to get this car tuned. I will be getting with Doug to get a final date set in stone for prolly middle of january. I am not looking for 30 cars or anything. But at the same time before I set everything in stone at the host dyno facility and with flights with doug I need to know if we are looking at a half a day, one day, or two day dyno session. Anyone that is truly interested and will have the money to have their car tuned and more importantly WILL have their car READY to be tuned needs to contact me ASAP. Sorry I havent gotten back with you just yet. I am currently working on figuring out how much everything is going to run to figure how low I can get the prices. Doug has mounted his dyno in a shop since he is doing tunes full time now, so we will be renting a Dynojet Dyno here in Oklahoma City. I am getting in touch with Doug to work on the prices to make everything fair. I will post prices as soon as I can get everything straight. Thanks for you patience.

Just got off the phone with Doug and I think we finally have this all figured out. Doug will be flying in to do the tunes at Alternative Motorsprots in OKC,OK on January 23, 2008. We will be renting the dyno out the whole day. If there is the demand to have him stay on the 24th he will do so to make sure everyone that wants tunes gets them.

Pricing for tunes:

$250.00 for all Naturally Aspirated Vehicle or Factory Equipped Supercharged cars.
$350.00 for all Forced Induction Cars including Superchargers, Turbos, or Roush/Saleen Vehicle
$380.00 for SCT X3 Programmed if you do not already own one.

All above pricing goes to pay for the tune, dyno time at the factility, and Dougs travel and expenses. These prices are barely higher then last time he was here in OKC since we are renting a Dyno this time. This is still an amazing deal seeing as how tunes run in the $400-$800 range around here and still not tuned to the capability of Doug/Bamachips Tunes. Please let me know ASAP if you are interested seeing as how this all has to be pre-planed so everyone is on the same page. Thanks again.

Rob, Bobby D passed the word around in the BMMC thread. I am planning to make the journey, If nothing else I would like to watch. Probably won't get a tune but would like to attend for support. Not sure if any of the others are planning to attend. I will send out an E mail to the entire club to see if there are any others that would like to attend.

 

I might be able to get mine tuned, but if not, might give me an excuse to bring the GT500 up to OKC. It's gonna be a bit longer drive now though.

Just a reminder to those interested. It is important that you get on the list early and make sure you have all of your mods in place......there won't be time to do any major or mid-major modding on site unless it's just slapping on a CAI or something simple like that. We had a couple of "Johnny-come-lateys" last time and they had to be turned away because time ran out or else they didn't have a their mods installed.........just an FYI........

 

I might make the trip with David to watch...I have dougs 91 Race tune and am very happy with it. I might go for support and to meet doug.
