Have been trying to call Doug since Monday? I have called him 2-3 times a day and his phone is full of messages. I would like to feel the pleasure that you guys have been having with Doug's tune. If any one has a special HOT line number it would be appreciated. thanks

 

That's kinda funny, I talked to Doug , both yesterday and today on the phone. Make sure you un-block you number if it is one that doesn't show number. Doug , won't answer if it says unknown number or out of area and so on. because of salisteders. The best way to reach him is by email.He's very busy filling orders.lol

 

I wish we could have kidnaped him. He really knows his stuff!!!!!!!!

 

While I have never spoke to him in person, I have email 3 times a question in regards to the stratagy code on my 06 and my recent donation of cash to his worthy cause. I know he must be busy catching up but you would think that once he saw I was a customer (he has had my $700 since the 24th of last month) that he would take a min to do a quick reply.

With all the good will toward this dude on the forum, I will give him the benefit of the doubt. He told me on Tuesday that my order was to ship on Wednesday but still no email reply, website update on my order, nor shipping/tracking info...

I need to work on my patience I suppose... I have even resolved myself that I will have to show my car one more time with the stupid stock box on Saturday... such is life...

He's such a nice guy he skipped OKY and was delivering me my X2 all the way to BC Canada all expense's paid !

 

Yeah I really need his help. I ordered a tune from him a while back and it was throwing codes and the car was down on power with crappy throttle response. I've e-mailed him twice over the past few weeks and no response.
I know he's a stand up guy and he'll make it right but I think the dude is just stupid busy these days.

Just be as patient as you can. He is swamped by guys like us 24/7 and not just from this site. Just remember, for every email you send, there are probably 50 others sending him emails as well. Maybe we could clone him............

 

When I ordered mine 2 weeks ago he said that he was looking into hiring some help and maybe getting a shop to work out of.... That would be nice!

 

If he does, I so will quit me two jobs and go work for the man!!

 

Take my word for it... It is a LOT cheaper to live in Alabama than New Jersey! Taxes on 80 acres with a homestead exemption is about $100 a year.

 

He is very slow to reply but he will. His response time is the only negative, everything else is excellent.

 

If it makes any of you waiting feel any better, even the TacoBill has to wait it out!
Even I have to wait a couple days for e-mail responses, and Doug's my bud!

Just have some patience and give the man a break. He's a one man show and definitely has his plate full.
