My SLPS got delayed until monday. Something about a bad conveyer belt in the Secaucus ups warehouse. Ive already got my mufflers off the car. How badwould it be to drive it with no mufflers. Im jsut talknig about a 5 minute trip here and there, no WOT and nothing longer than 5 minutes?

 

anyone? im dying to go for a ride but wont till someone tells me itll be ok and safe lol

Honestly, it won't be much different than driving it with SLPs. Just the noise is going to be under the car instead of behind it.

 

Just drive to Secaucus and pick them up! It's not that far.

 

i tried to do that. I called UPS andasked them to let me pick them up but they havent been unloaded off a truck or some other lame excuse they gave me so i gotta wait till monday it seems :-( On the plus note i took a drive with no mufflers and holy $h1T it sounds good. i love the sound

I had a laptop shipped with them and they cracked the screen it was insured but they wouldn't pay because thy said it wasn't packaged well enough, but they sure accepted my money for the insurance. lucky for me the laptop manufacture Midern computers "CTX also make Sager and Prostar replaced the laptop at no charge. It was a long time ago I have purchased a new one Sager this time.
There service have earned a loyal customer, But you can bet I will never ship or accept shipping from UPS again.

 

ive never had UPS deny a claim ever. They always pay promptly. they jsut cant deliver their packages on time, even now during the slowest season of the year. god help them at christmas time

 

Ive never had a problem with UPS. That might just be certain problems with yall's local joint.

 

My company just changed from UPS to FedEx, and I can definately vouch for the "not covered due to insufficient packaging."

 

its just going to be very loud thats all not bad for the car, my buddies used to cruz there 5.0's and camero's with no mufflers it just sounds like a full race car
