I am looking at the SHM heads(seanhylandmotorsports.com). I am looking to keep my car N/A and want to get the most out of it as I can. I know I eventually want to do this work but not sure if I want to do this now or get a couple of other things out of the way first. I am wondering if anyone has put new heads on their car? Second, does anyone know if these will pass smog? Anyways, Can some please chime in with some opinions. Thanks.

SHM doesn't have too many fans around here. And smog shouldn't be a problem for you... besides you don't need to worry about until the year 2011.

A couple of great places for valvetrain work...VT Engines, Modular Performance, Boss 330 Racing. There are more, these are just 3 examples.

I have...Boss 330 Racing. Think about what'll happen if somethings not right in the valvetrain. The 3 companies that I mentioned are Very reputable and you can count on it being done correctly. I honestly haven't heard a negative thing about either of them. I've heard quite a few horror stories from some of the other companies though.
