Custom Cold air for Vortech

Took a que from CDC and did a custom cold air for my Vortech/Shaker combo.

What do you think? About as functional as it can be now.

No, none of the shakers do. It's a non issue because your air filter will get wet regardless when it is in the open.

Aside from that, this is not a car I drive when the weather is foul.

Hello Tom, glad you like it. Well, it helps when you have a friend in metal fabrication. There's about 20hours of fabrication into this piece.

I gave up on CDC also. They never responded to my calls or emails.

Well dude that looks awesome.... You should produce a couple more and PM us guys that have Paxtons or Vortechs w/ shakers. You'd have a really good opportunity in selling those to Brenspeed- they install tons of shakers and centri-style blowers!

I couldn't agree more! I'd love to have that setup for my Paxton. PLEASE let me know if you plan to produce these.

I like my Paxton. It does whine, but not too much. I haven't had the chance to listen to a Procharger, so I can't compare them for you. But, I've had other guys who are familiar with superchargers tell me that the whine is not too noticable...unless you are trying to listen for it.
