Anybody dyno'd the difference with the water pump?
Sounds like a good deal to me.
And, anybody try the Hurst Shifter? I missed the heck out of 3rd gear the other day, it was like the shifter locked me out of it. Pissed me off! Gotta get the Hurst, if it works.

The motoblue pulley package looks cool also.

That electric water pump looks interesting.
However, the stock mechanical one is less likely to fail IMO.
You're also substituting electrical "drag" for mechanical drag which might be an issue if you have underdrive pulleys.

I wouldn't get too worked up over the Hurst Shifter yet (because I did). This is the question and reply I recieved from Hurst:

I seen dyno numbers of the electric water pump somewhere, sorry don't remember where but it was worth 6hp.
I ordered the pro chamber that bolts up to stock cats and slp loudmouths from RPM outlet.
I'll post sound clips when I get it in and put on.

site says easy 30 minute install for the Hurst. that doesn't sound right. doesn't the Steeda and other shifters need you to get underneath the car? is this one any different?

I don't think it would take long to swicth out the shifter. I installed the steeda bushings. It took no time at all, and I did not remove the driveshaft, ut I did remove the shifter. Basically, there are two bolts and two nuts to remove from the shifter, and comes off the car. Then the four for the driveshaft. Drop those, swap the shifter, and replace.
