I was asking if you would pass cause I am planning those mods too and I live in the same state. Be sure to post videos when you get your ARH LT's with Catted H installed. You will porbably finish your mods before I do so it would be cool to see what results you get so I can decide on buying those mods or not. Lets look at the total for making 380rwhp N/A:
C&L Racer with Brenspeed 93 octane tune-$600
Pullies-$180-220
ARH LT's with Catted H or X-Pipe-$1400
Steeda CMDP's-$150
Comp Cams Stage 3(with valve springs and retainers)-$1000
Livernois Stage 3 Ported Cylinder Heads-$2695
That is about $6000-6200 total. Add tuning and labor and thats about $7500.
I want to run 11's N/A. I most likely wont be able to reach 11's with the mods above so I want to get a shifter, LCA's, UCA's, Driveshaft, Gears, Anti Squats, and BMR tubular radiator support to help. If that doesn't get me there, which I highly doubt, I will add a-arms, battery relocation kit, and k-member to the list.

LOL sorry... had to promote / "spam"
With the suspension mods you picked, it's a def 11 second pass with the Coast aluminum driveshaft, some LCA mods, panhard, gears, cheater slicks....
Gotta have a good launch, and you're right, a shifter to get between the gears a little quicker.

Thanks for letting me know. If I do get them it wont be anytime soon but I just wanted to know if they had 1mm orversize valves or not cause that gives the best gains. I will let you know when and if I want to buy them.

I know but the thing is I am in the process of getting my car repainted so that took a big chunk of cash. I have had the cams sitting in my dinning room for over a month now!! I know it would be best to do all of it at once but I really dont know if I can weait much longer. Although once my car is done I am planning on waiting on the install of the cams cause I dont want to have my car in a garage while the paint is curing.

I understand your situation now. Too bad you can't do it all at one time. It sucks cause you have to put the new cams, springs, and retainers in, you buy the heads, then you take the heads out, next take out cams, springs, and retainers, finally you put cams, springs, and retainers in new heads and reinstall heads.
Instead of doing all that, if you had the option of doing it all at once, it would be like:take out heads, take out cams, springs, retainers, and put in new heads. Then reinstall heads.

yeah.. well its only april so maybe I'll hold off on the cams and seeif I can do heads.. I really do want to go FI but between the price of the kit and all the other things you then have to upgrade....maybe I should just focus on getting the most out of our 4.6 for now. Cr can you give me and Mustangfan123 some more detail on your heads??? Oh and hope you guys have a blast at your car show this weekend.. looks like the weather is gonna be great.

Well his heads have 1mm oversized valves, bronze guides, full CNC,etc. Maybe he could tell us how many stages there are, and the differences of each stage.
I am not going to buy these heads anytime soon, but I just want to know about them ahead of time. If I buy cylinder heads I will probably get the Tillmanspeed Stg. 2's cause they have the same specs as livernois stg. 3's for almost $300 less and livernois's price doesn't even include shipping costs, but luckily Tillmanspeed gives you free shipping so his are the way to go.

to all the people that live in texas, i know it is a long drive but head on down to the valley, no OBDII testing or smog tests, you just need something that looks like a cat or some will just give you the sticker for a little cash

If you mount slicks w/o reinforcing your differential you will blow it to pieces... You need to get the True-trac, LPW Girdle, Che axle brace, 9' ends and weld the butterflies and then you are set for slicks. Snap them on and you will break your rear end, remember that reinforcing a rear end b4 it bends or breaks is much cheaper than having to replace it.

Yeah Tillman is a great shop.. he hooked me up w/the Steeda delete plates (Which I still have to install!!) Ha ha...anyone know how much it might cost to have a pro shop P&P a set of heads??? Also can they get the specific info on a particular head (Livernois etc) and then cust P&P your heads to the same or similar paramters?? Let me know what you all think. Thanks
