Another intake thread, yay! I haven't read the article, but I can almost guarantee that all the intakes produce very similar numbers. Intake design is very simple and there is no trick engineering in any of them.

Dont always believe what you read.Companys do pay to have there products appear better than they might be.Its all about the Money.Just like Justin Burcham in the supercharged add. They dont tell you he had a nitrous chasser in the top gears and also blew the motor.

it in the JAN 06 ISSUE. they tested each one in same situation ex: TEMP etc.... this test was a plus or minus 5 hp. it sounds like an honest test with no cover ups.they judge for example installation, quality of product, price etc.. check it out!!

This is TRUE!
I agree, and with first hand knowledge on this, even witnessed it recently, and many times in the past. Research upon research is the way to see throught the smoke..

I second that: Believe nothing that u read, and half of what you see is a moto to follow.. IMO

WMS Elvis?

Yes guys it all true.
If you read the article you will see there was no favortism, heck I only have a 1/12th ad in 5.0. They don't get much money from me... yet.

Yes I am very pleased to say the least. Another point to make about being a good test is they even made comment to the filter falling off issue with the JLT and that it's been corrected. I'm not glad they wrote this, but it's the truth and there not biased.

Be it by only a few ponys I'm honored to be in the ovar all 2nd place behind C&L and top HP & TQ producer and cost/value over all.
I'd be willing to bet a different out come if they tested the new Series II pipe, oh well.

I haven't even got my issue yet, :bang: but I had someone scan and email it to me last night.

Anyway, check out the article it's a good read.

Thanks

Jay

I went to three places today on my lunch break and I was only able to find the December issues at the last place I checked. The other two were sold out. Anyway, the December issues says to display until November 15th so I'm not sure how you found it before that. I might have to go looking for a Borders since someone said that's where they got it from.

I know what it is, I've got it under my hood. That's why I want to see what the results were. A friend told me my butt must be numb, I can never feel any difference after my mods - but rice cooks faster!

Fixed my stupid triple post problem.
