Question

The other day I took my brand new 05 Mustang out for a spin. While entering a long onramp onto the highway I decided to let her rip .Wow, was I in for a surprise! Once I hit second gear the back end of the car swung way out to the left almost putting me into the ditch! Something was definitely amiss and luckily I was only a mile from home. Once I parked her in the driveway, I was greeted with a giant puddle of anti-freeze under the car. After opening the hood I noticed the lower rad hose had almost come off the outlet at the side of the block. The hose clamp didn't have any tension on it. Took it to the dealer the next day (after I put on another clamp and topped up the anti-freeze) to check for maybe a broken motor mount. After checking it out they said it was a factory error and the clamp was never tightened on the line. Just thought I'd let you guys know.

Welcome and glad it didn't have time to cause any damages. Seems like someone posted a similar situation a while back. I'am going to be working on mine this weekend and think I'll set aside a few minutes to check under her and make sure everything is tightened.
