Charge Motion Plate Kit (IMRC Deletes) problems?
I just talked to a "mustang guy" (through Email) about doing some work on my car and he said that he flat out did not recommend the Charge Motion Plate Kit (IMRC Deletes). I understand basically what they do, and that they only add low RPM horsepower, but what's wrong with that? Why would he not recommend it? Is there anything I should worry about? Up until this time I have heard nothing but good things about these. I have already ordered them but I wont install them if it will cause problems.
IMRC' deletes will not add low end power, they will actually cause a loss due to less intake flow velocity at low rpm. Some have reported top end gains due to less restriction in the intake runners at high rpm.
