Car Is Throwing An Engine Code

Yep, thats right, put my car to stock form yesterday and get in it to drive to the hardware store and my check enging light came on.
I got back home and pluged my trusty xcal2 in and pulled this code: PO605
Anyone else pull this code?
It read internal control module ram error
I googled the code and came up with a website that had this same code and stated that the pcm may be going bad...cant write to memory or something like that.
My car is 3 months old, never had any check engine lights come on until I put my car back to the stock form, including the stock intake system.

What do you think

I would clear the code and reload the stock tune again (maybe reload the tune then back to stock).
See if it happens again. If not, probably just a bad load.
If it does, you are back to stock and you can take it to the dealer after you drive it a little (taking it easy).
