Hey dustin, how about you comment elsewhere? All he was asking is the performance from the axle back exhaust, and you go off on a tangent speaking about how ugly his mufflers are. I guess if that makes you feel better about yourself, but honestly, let's try to act older than 12 here.

I guess the Borla Axle back is rice too then lol
Well I have the FRPP (Borla) ones which are very similar in look to Corsa's. So if that is rice then someone pass me some soya sauce cause I am not getting rid of mine

Are Corsa's any have any more volume then the GTAs? Since both are drone free.

corsas

Tips look perfect and the sound is awesome when jumping on it; even though car is otherwise stock. Heard GTAs on car that was stock also and Corsas have a lot more growl.

Tune comming soon...

Well both are completely different designs. The GTAs are a chambered style muffler (will give you a much more "old school" sound), where as the Corsas are a more strait through design (but still have a muffler) which give a much more sporty and deep sound.

Just for the record (and still a little off topic)...
I always liked the look of the FRPP (Borla) the tips are longer and look better that way.
The muffler section looks less canister like and more factory than the Corsa.
But of course, the Corsa give you way more HP.

I only ask because while I like the sound of my hookers (they are kinda of a hybrid design, they are straight though but there are also chambers.) They do drone and I'm looking to get a MRT hi-flow h pipe and just trying to figure what would be best for a muffler with no drone with the high-flow pipe.

I had an offroad H pipe with FRPP/Borla Stingers and there was minimal drone. That was with no cats, so I'm sure any comprible design axleback to the Stingers in combination with the MRT H pipe will not annoy you.

On my 05 GT I gained 6rwhp going from stock to magnaflow cat-back, and another 10rwhp from adding their x-pipe. This is without a tune. I don't really see why people have such a hard time believing that a axle-back could get you at least SOME gain.

It all depends on the design. Something comprable to stock, such as a chambered muffler, will of course gain some power, but insignficant. What Magnaflow did you use, Magnapacks or the chambered series?

Also, I don't think people are claiming that you don't gain ANY HP. I think it's more or less that the gains are minimal and that you feel it's a lot faster because of the fact that it's A)aftermarket and B) louder.
