I can't answer about the camber plates, but as far as the panhard bar goes, the answer is adjustable if you need to get one. Since its already lowered, you can check to see if your rear wheels are still centered laterally with respect to the body (i.e see if one sticks out more to one side than the other). If its not centered, you'll need a new panhard bar to correct it, and it's going to have to be adjustable. I'm going to take a wild guess and say that non-adjustable is probably the same length as stock which means it won't do squat for side-to-side alignment.

That said, the two best choices are made by Steeda and BMR Fabrication. I have the Steeda and its kind of a pain in the *** to adjust (adjustments are made at each end, one of which is obstructed by a bracket) and I had to use Locktite to keep it from loosening. Those two initial problems aside, its pretty solid, and I haven't had any problems since the initial install. The BMR offereing is much easier to adjust (ajustments made towards the middle of the bar) and I've never heard anything bad about it.

I got away with just camber bolts about 30 bucks at the local auto parts store. I did use an adjustable pan hard rod as well

I just had more suspension work done on mine and also used the BMR adjustable panhard rod, Steeda bumpsteer kit and the camber kit.

I dont think you need the camber kit unless you add the bumpsteer kit.

But definitely get an adjustable panhard rod. mine was I think $185 through stangsuspension.

I was also a little miffed about the adjustment jam nut position on the Steeda bar I installed over the weekend also. I ended up getting the chassis side (passenger side) jam-nut tight by turning the bar an additional 1/4 turn away from the jam nut. Then I made sure the jam nut was where I wanted it and I wedged a pry-bar between the mount and a flat on the jam-nut. Then I turned the bar "locking" it against the jam nut (be sure the end of the bar tube with the flats is on the axle side (driver side)). Lastly I tightened the the axel side jam nut against the tube. I have not yeet driven the car so I can't say yet if that was tight enough to keep it in position but I'll be sure to check it and add thread lock if it loosens up.

After lowering you need to get the front end aligned. That will tell you if you need camber kit or not.

I'm lowering the front 1" and the rear 3/4" next month. I have camber bolts but will that be enough?

What part number do you have for the camber bolts? I just to make sure I've got the right ones. The part number I have is 4R3Z-3B236-AB

Sorry bro, I don't even know. The alignment shop ordered them and put them in when they did the alignment. I just got my old bolts back.
