Well I tried e-mailing K&N and either the spam filter got em or they did not respond back. I know we got a couple locals with the K&N, did they tell you if it was legal or not in california? Say's carb pending on the site, I imagine it's going through the motions to become carb exempt but not sure what it means.

I want one of these things and know I won't have to get smog done for like 5 years but I'm lazy and not going to want to remove it after I install it.
