Built Bottom end.

I'm about to install the Kenne Bell 2.6L S/C and want to build the bottom end of my motor. I have a 2005 mustang gt. I have no idea where to even start with the bottom end. What parts do I upgrade and what does it usually run $ to do all this? Thanks

here is a website i came across a few months ago that spelled out what may break in a mustang due to increased horsepower levels. it doesn't mean any of it will break, but it gives you a good idea of what you can expect to break over the years. i would suggest reading it and take it from there. it even tells you the horsepower range that you can expect failure. it includes the entire bottom end of the motor (rods, pistons, etc.)
