Nice...I'm waiting to go back in Oct when it cools off here in Va Beach. With those times and mods I think I can break deep in the 12s with some sticky tires

Well I'm glad you got into the 12's tonight. I didn't. On my last run I drove around the water and saw the girl mopping up the track. I didn't back into the water I foot braked it to 2800 and launched up to the line. It hooked pretty well there, but then I staged the car and spun for about the first 80 ft. After all that waiting. I still managed to get a personal best of 13.13 @ 103.1 so the whole night wasn't wasted.
Nice, Guys!! I'm jealous. :worship: The best I could run would be in the 13.60s (based on 1/8 mi times).

George... time to update the sig now, too!

I think its awsome that these cars require very little to get into the 12's
I just got my tuner the other day and now I really want to go to the track. Never done it before so I'm sure I would be bad to start off, but it would be nice to be in the 13's hopefully with only a tune and k&n, when my friend with his 04 gto has put a ton of money in his (cam, exhaust, CAI, you name it) and he only broke into the 13's with his best run. I give him some slack because it was his first track experience as well.

Sweet man, it feels good breaking that barrier doesn't it. I mean all you want to do is tell everyone you know that you did it, even people that could give a crap less about cars or racing. I know this because I have done it myself, if you haven't done this then just tell me you have so I don't feel like I am some lone dork. Great job, and you know this satisfaction will only last for a little while, you soon realize your next goal: breaking 12.50 or even into the 11's.
