Brenspeed vs BAMA turnaroud times

Ordered a custom Brenspeed tune and was told a 5-7 business day turnaround time. This is my first tune purchase and I'm just curious if BAMA has the same time frame for tunes?

I forget how long my original Bama tune took, but the updates took less than 48 hours. They're pretty quick. When I originally ordered my tuner from Brenspeed, it was preloaded so I can't comment on their times.

Last time I needed an updated tune from Bama it took 2 hours. I emailed the order @ 11am and had it in my inbox by 1pm.

Don't know your exact time line but Brenspeed is closed this weekend (Friday~Sunday) to go Racing. Both Bama and Brenspeed make great tunes, but it does take time to get it right.

I'm running a Brensped tune at 452rwhp (Saleen powered), happy as can be.

**** so now I know I'm not going to receive this tune before Monday or Tuesday. I think I will go with BAMA next time. They sound a bit more customer friendly. Thanks for the comments guys

When you first purchase a tuner with us, it can take 2-3 business days from the date the tune info is submitted, to write the tunes, get them on the tuner and get the tuner out to you.

From there, revisions are normally done same day, 1-2 days max.

If you are waiting longer than that for a tune(r) from us, there is something wrong(either tune info wasn't submitted, there was a problem with your submission, or our Tuning Specialists have emailed you for more information) and you should call us immediately.

I hope this helps!

Please let us know if you have any questions in the future!

Thanks for the information. I have purchased products from you guys in the past and have been very satisfied. I purchased the tune mentioned above from Brenspeed and it's taking longer that what I expected. In the future I will be getting my tunes from you guys which I should have done in the first place.

Thanks again

Update: I still have not received my tune from Brenspeed. Tomorrow will be 5 business days. I am a bit frustrated to say the least. No communication from them either. I had to email them to see if they had even received the 'specs' information they asked for. Maybe I'm a bit too anxious for this tune but poor service is poor service.

Don't confuse a retune with a brand new tune. With my Brenspeed tune already on my car, if I was to add something that require a different tune Brenspeed would e-mail it out the same day as would Bama. Both have great tunes and I'm sure you'll be happy in the next day or 2.

Sorry... DLY is right the "re-tune" was fast. This was in no way a knock at Brenspeed. I was just sharing my happiness with Bamma.

Yes I received the tune. Overall it pretty **** good! The lag in throttle response is gone and I feel it was worth the wait. I would recommend Brenspeed but would let anyone know that's as impatient as I am to know it will take some time to get them.

My bad... It was about 9 calendar days for a new tune actually. I forgot to update this thread.
