Brake work tips

I was just gonna pay a shop to do the work but if it's not a real pain in the *** I'd like to do it myself. I plan on

- switching the the front rotors out
- swapping the pads with hawk ones on all 4 corners
- installing earls ss lines
- possibly paint the calipers (edit picked up a duplicolor caliper paint system. comes with cleaner etc)

Any tools/suggestions/tips I should know? Should I get a speed bleeder?

SoundGuyDave has a wicked install how-to write up about exactly what I was asking here. If anyone else was wondering the same things as me it's a great read. http://forums.bradbarnett.net/showthread.php?t=458455
