I have made up my mind....for the most part.
I would like to upgrade the stock exhaust to the Borla 11750
http://borla.com/applications/lookup.aspx/..._Section/11750/

Where did you guys buy yours?

I live in Norther Virginia, anyone live in the area and know of a good place to buy it?

Any decent/reputable internet shops?

I think the Ford racing axel backs are identical to the borla system, with a few minor differences. The ford parts are stamped ford racing and not borla. They have a 'slash' angled tip instead of the borla flat cut tip (both are rolled). Also, the ford models are about 100 bucks less than the borlas. I've been looking at getting these for a while, and this is what I have found on this site and others. Don't know where to buy yet.

I actually emailed borla and asked if there are any differences between the Part# 11750 vs FRPP p/n M-5230-5GT

Thank you for contacting BORLA PERFORMANCE. To tell you the truth the only difference is the name on the tips and some times the muffler and the box it comes in may say ford not Borla Performance Industries but they are the same systems as far as everything
Essentially the FRPP muffer is the same as the Borla at a lower price.. there are a few listing on ebay for them.

Pretty cool that Ford is willing to put their name in conjunction with Borla. I love my Borla cat-back on my GT. Sounds very clean but powerful.

Welp, I ordered them from Ninosports.com. These guys were great, and they made me a deal that beat the best price I was able to find. I also purchased the K&N AirCharger too.

I got notice both were shipped, and now I can't wait to hear them!

Well I got the stingers installed today, and I all I can say is WOW, what a difference. I could actually hear the driving attendant bring the car to the front, before, no way. Everyone complimented me on how they sounded. I'm happy, and I will get use to the drone... It's gone once you get to 70 on the highway in 5th...

Congrats Aaron!

I quickly got used to the drone and now I hardly notice it. Just listening to it idle is worth the price of admission.

Welcome to the Borla Club! We all look about the same with our giant SEGs ------------>

Any one have any audio? I'm leaning toward the Flowmaster, but I'm open to suggestions. I want to have them here waiting when my car arrives in late Jan.

If you want a great price on the Borla's, which I highly recommend, go to ninosport.com. Great community dealer...they give discounts for Mustang world members.

I got the FRPP M-5230-5GT (Borla #11750). If you go to the FRPP website they list the price as $440 but I called a few Ford dealerships that sell the FRPP line and they all sell them for $390 plus tax (no shipping charge if you pick them up). I'm going to try and put them on this Wednesday or Thursday.

The Borla's carry a million mile warranty, while the FRPPs only carry a 12,000 mile / 12 month warranty. They may be the same product but if your FRPPs fail for whatever reason outside of the warranty, you're out $400.
